Located on the northern side of the marina, adjacent to the Seahorse Inn and Convention Centre, an apartment complex will be built to provide accommodation for guests, including attendees of the convention centre and short or long staying guests.

The complex will ultimately comprise a total of 140 rooms, consisting of 1, 2 and 3-bed apartments and it is proposed that approximately 50% of these will be available for permanent residents whilst the balance will be owned by investors. It will include a pool and tennis courts for use by the owners and occupiers. When not in use the apartments can be placed into a management pool and made available to holiday makers and travelers.

The first stage of the complex will consist of 30 apartments, with the balance being constructed over the next 2 years. The company is currently awaiting approval to begin development of the resort lifestyle complex. The investment units will provide a guaranteed return and are designed to provide maximum capital growth in an idyllic, never-to-be-repeated, water-front location.

Plans are currently being finalised for the development of stage 1 of the apartments and it is anticipated that they will be available for "SALE OFF THE PLAN" in the near future.
